San Vicente de la Barquera
The council requires the following initial documentation:
a) An architect´s project for change of use to holiday letting. Two copies to be presented on paper and a further two to be presented on CD.
b) Two reports, one for the housing department, the other for the tourism department. An additional one for the environmental department is needed if the holiday apartment or house is located within the Oyambre natural park.
c) A statement of responsibility
d) Photocopy of N.I.E.
e) Registration in the appropriate activity in the tax system.
f) Plan of the property including dimensions and layout of the rooms.
