Asturias Council Regulations for holiday lettings

  • Ribadesella
  • Ribadesella council requires the following documentation for Viviendas Vacacionales:
    a) A statement with your name, the category of accommodation and capacity.
    b) A certificate of fitness for habitation
    c) A certificate from each service supplier – water, electric etc
    d) A plan of the site and the interior, including photos
    e) A photocopy of the deeds.
    f) Registration in the tax system
    g) Photocopy of N.I.E.
    h) Registration in the Land Registry.

  • Colunga
  • Colunga council requires the following for Viviendas Vacacionales:
    a) A statement of responsibility
    b) Payment of a tax
    c) Licence application

  • Llanes
  • The following documentation is required:
    a) A statement of responsibility by the owner or their representative
    b) The full description of the property from the Land Registry
    c) Photographs, both interior and exterior
    d) Report by a qualified engineer that the building complies with structural safety regulations ( for buildings older than 29/09/2006), fire safety regulations and for buildings constructed after 29/09/2006 a final certificate for completion of building work
    e) Plans with dimensions
    f) Proof of authority to let the property
    g) For VUT a copy of the statutes of the residents association
    h) For VUT a copy of the certificate of fitness for habitation or of licence of first occupation
    i) For VV a copy of the licence to undertake building work and licence of first occupation

  • Villaviciosa
  • The following documentation is required:
    a) An application to start the activity
    b) A certificate of fitness for habitation
    c) A licence of first occupation

  • Cabrales
  • Cabrales council requires the following documentation:
    a) A statement of responsibility by the owner or their representative
    b) An application to start the activity
    c) Plans with distribution of the rooms and measurements
    d) A certificate from each service supplier – water, electric etc
    e) A photocopy of the deeds

  • Piloña
  • The following documentation is required:
    a) An application to start the activity
    b) Report by a qualified engineer or architect that the building complies with structural safety regulations and fire safety regulations
    c) Photographs of the exterior
    d) Plans with distribution of the rooms and measurements
    e) Registration in the tax system
    f) Public liability insurance

  • Parres
  • The following documentation is required:
    a) A statement describing the activity and the property and then to consult with the council architect.
