.-The resolution of the extremely important problem of the double inscription n in different books of the same plot
.-The inscription of houses, plantations or other improvements that have not already been inscribed.
.-The restoration of the chain of ownership when it has been broken owing to the fact that some intermediate transmission of property has not been recorded, so the current seller is not actually inscribed, and therefore the current purchaser will not be either.
.-The cancelation of burdens and liens that are inscribed on property when they have expired.
